Physical Description: A letter-sized (8½" X 11") sheet of parchment paper, printed in black and colored printer inks on both sides and folded in quarters to create a four-page leaflet, which when unfolded reveals a fifth page four times the size of the others.

Note: The number of copies of this publication is complicated by the fact that 103 copies were produced for Bagazine 4, edited by Johnny Brewton, and 50 were planned as an issue of pdqb, but I accidentally printed additional copies of the publication beyond the expected 50. So there exist 178 copies of this publication, but only 75 are standalone publications. The copies for Bagazine are distinguished by being signed and numbered on the foldout sheet.
